- Facility registry: 5.33 lakh health facilities registered on national digital health registries.

- Software adoption: 2.72 lakh facilities using ABDM-enabled software.
- Scan & Register tokens: Nearly 24 crore tokens issued for OPD registration.

- Scheme linkages: Integrated with Ayushman Bharat PM-JAY, Central Government Health Scheme (CGHS), ESIC and Nikshay.
- Registries function: Central registries for facilities and professionals enable standardised identifiers and record portability.
