On 29 June 2026 the Union Health Ministry launched e‑Sushrut@Clinic, a lightweight cloud‑based Hospital Management Information System developed by C‑DAC for small outpatient clinics and primary care facilities.

- Nature: Cloud‑based, lightweight HMIS for small outpatient clinics, PHCs, health and wellness centres and sub‑centres.
- Core functions: Patient registration, billing, MIS reporting and error reduction.
- Clinical tools: Speech‑to‑text documentation and clinical decision support systems (CDSS) integrated.
- ABDM alignment: Implements key Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission standards and APIs.
Deployment & scale
- Onboarding: Over 800 health facilities onboarded; more than 680 health records generated.
- Institutional rollout: Full‑scale eSushrut being implemented in 15+ AIIMS and multiple state government hospitals.
Cost & access
- Price: ₹299 per month for up to five users after a ₹200 discount under an MoU with NHA.
- Trial offer: Initial three months provided free to users.
